These terms govern the use of agueda.pe and of Águeda Restaurant’s ordering and reservation services. By using the website you accept these conditions.
1. Menu and prices
Prices are in Peruvian soles (S/.) and include taxes. Photos are for reference only. The menu, prices and availability may change without notice; the valid price is the one we confirm when taking your order.
2. Availability by location
Some dishes are prepared only at certain locations (for example, rotisserie chicken at Collasuyo and seafood grill at Matará and Ttio). The website shows availability on each dish.
3. Orders via WhatsApp
The website cart builds a message with your order and an estimated total. The order is confirmed when the location replies via WhatsApp with the final total, delivery cost if applicable, payment method and estimated time.
4. Reservations
A reservation request generates a code, but the table is secured once we confirm it via WhatsApp or phone. Please let us know if you cannot make it. We may release the table after a 15-minute grace period.
5. Promotions
Each promotion states its validity, locations and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.
6. Events and groups
Conditions for events, groups and companies (menu, deposits, schedules) are agreed in writing in each quote.
7. Complaints
You can file a claim or complaint in our online Complaints Book or in the physical book at any of our locations. We will reply within 15 business days.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logos and design of the website belong to Águeda Restaurant or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Governing law
