About Águeda
Águeda Restaurant opened its first location in Cusco at the end of 2010, inspired by discipline and a mother's love, led by Miguel Ángel Mamani, who brought a decade of butchery experience. We specialize in grilled meats and cuts, and round out the menu with seafood grill, pasta, Peruvian dishes and rotisserie chicken.
We work with 100% Peruvian, fresh and organic products from the region. All of our meat is Peruvian: improved cattle from Puno, Anta and Sicuani, with breeds such as Angus, Fleckvieh, Brown Swiss and Belgian Blue. Main courses come with our house sides: Andean potatoes, crispy yuca or fettuccine of your choice, plus our complimentary salad bar.
Since 2010 we have cooked the way it's done at home: with patience, with fire and with a mother's love. Because the best grill is the one you share with family.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday · 12:00–21:30 and Sunday · 12:00–17:00 at our three locations.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We have our own delivery: build your order from the menu and send it via WhatsApp to the nearest location.
How do I order from the website?
Tap "Add" on the dishes you want, open "Your order", choose the location and delivery or pick-up, and send it. WhatsApp will open with your order and total already written.
Can I book a table?
Yes. On the Reservations page you choose the location, date, time and party size. You get a code and we confirm your table via WhatsApp or phone.
Where are your locations?
We have three locations in Cusco: Collasuyo (Urb. Magisterio, near Real Plaza), Matará (Historic Center, Matará 446-B) and Ttio (Calle Manuel Gonzales Prada R-02).
Are all dishes available at the three locations?
Almost all. Rotisserie chicken is prepared only at Collasuyo and the seafood grill only at Matará and Ttio. Each dish on the menu shows where it is available.
