About us

Águeda Restaurant was born in January 2010 in Cusco, inspired by discipline and a mother's love. We specialise in grilled meats and cuts, and round out the menu with seafood grill, pastas, Peruvian cuisine and rotisserie chicken.

We work with 100% Peruvian, fresh and organic products from the region, and select top-quality national beef such as tenderloin and strip steak. Every dish comes with our house sides: Andean potatoes, crispy yuca or fettuccine of your choice, plus our complimentary salad bar.
